WITHDRAWAL FROM SOCIETY PROCEDURE

Members of the Sacco can continue with their membership even when they lose the common bond but for members who wishes to withdraw from the Sacco should follow the following procedure:-

1. Write a letter to the Chairman indicating the intention and reasons for withdrawal and any other relevant information.
2. Fill in the clearance form provided by the society.
3. Then the society will refund the contributions after cleaning all outstanding loan balances and other revenues.
4. Then the member will transfer the shares to another member if he/ she needs to.
5. The member will receive the cheque for his/ her refunds.

NB:

1. The notice for withdrawal is 60 working days.

Shares can only be transferred to members only and not withdrawable.
