Supervisory Committee
The Management Committee is a policy implementing body elected by and from the membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Board is made up of 9 members elected from the general Sacco members.
This is the governing authority that guides, directs, makes policies and supervises the implementation of resolutions of the Annual General Meeting.
The Supervisory Committee consists of 3 members who are NOT employee of the Sacco or serving on the management committee or any other committee of the Society are elected by members at the Annual General Meeting.
This committee are directly answerable to the General Meeting to which authority they report. The Committee is responsible for the verification of all the transactions of the Society and writing periodic reports of their findings to be tabled at the Annual General meeting.
